Returns & Exchanges
At Good Games, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Good Games account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure your refund is tracked correctly.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
